Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

Do you ship internationally? 

We are trying to reach as many people as possible, but currently we deliver only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Do I have to pay extra for delivery? 

There is no additional charge for delivery within the United Arab Emirates. However, deliveries to remote areas may incur additional charges, which will be communicated by our customer service team upon order confirmation. 

Note: If a delivery representative requests or charges an amount higher than what is stated on your order invoice, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. 

Do you offer Cash on Delivery? 

Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available free of charge within the UAE.

When will I receive my order? 

Our goal is to deliver your order within 24–48 hours of order placement. 

Orders are typically processed and dispatched the same day or the next working day. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with shipment details. 

Please note that delivery times may be extended during national holidays or major sale events

If I order multiple items, will they arrive together? 

Yes. If multiple items are placed in a single order, they will be delivered together.

How can I track my order? 

You can track your order by logging into your Luxury Gallery account and viewing your order details in the My Orders section.

Are there areas where delivery is unavailable? 

While we strive to deliver across the UAE, certain locations may be outside our delivery coverage due to logistical limitations. Please refer to the Out of Service Areas list for more information.

How do I return an item? 

To initiate a return: 

  1. Log into your account and go to My Orders 
  2. Select Return Item within 7 days of receiving your order 
  3. Schedule a pickup through our courier partner 
  4. Pack the item in its original condition and packaging 
  5. Hand the package to the courier 

Once we receive the item, it will be inspected before the refund is processed.

When will I receive my refund? 

After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. 

Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days

If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact customer support with your order number and name

Do I need an account to place an order? 

No. You can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to: 

  • Enjoy faster checkout 
  • Track your orders easily 
  • Receive updates on new arrivals and exclusive offers 
Can I save items in my cart and return later? 

We’re online 24/7, so you can browse and place your order at any time that suits you.

How do I buy on Luxurygallery.com? 

Shopping on Luxury Gallery is simple. Once you have found the item you want: 

  1. Add the item to your cart 
  2. Proceed to checkout 
  3. Confirm your billing and delivery details 
  4. Complete the payment and await delivery 

You can check out as a guest, but we recommend creating an account for faster checkout and access to exclusive updates and offers. 

Is there a limit on how many orders I can place? 

No. You can place as many orders as you like, unless specific limits apply to special promotions or limited offers.

Is there a minimum order value? 

No. There is no minimum spend required on Luxurygallery.com

How will I know if my order has been received? 

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect? 

While we perform strict quality checks but, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately with your order number, and our team will assist you.

Can I cancel my order? 

Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

To cancel your order: 

  1. Log into your Luxurygallery.com account 
  2. Go to My Account 
  3. Select My Orders 
  4. Click Cancel Order 

Alternatively, you may contact customer support for assistance. 

Can I exchange my order? 

We currently do not offer exchanges

If you would like a different item, you may return your order within 7 days of delivery for a refund and place a new order.

How do I know if a product is in stock? 

If a product is visible on the website, it is available for purchase. You will also receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

Are all products sold on Luxurygallery.com authentic? 

Yes. We sell 100% authentic products only. All items are sourced directly from authorized distributors and carefully curated from leading global luxury brands.
